Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
Returns & Exchanges
Birdaria wants you to be thrilled with your artwork. You can always return your purchase for store credit or exchange. We ask that you contact us within 7 days of your order delivery date. Returns after this date will not be accepted.
We arrange for hassle free returns. We will send FedEx to pick up the return from your door. We charge a flat fee for shipping and processing the return of art by size:
· $25 per 10x10
· $35 per 20x20
· $50 for any larger size
Quality Issue? This is highly unusual, please contact us. Exchanges of the same product will be issued (without additional cost) if your artwork arrives with a defect of craftsmanship. Please contact us within 7 days of your order delivery to process the exchange. Exchanges due to craftsmanship after this date will not be accepted.
To return or exchange, please call or email Customer Service to set up the process. All art must be sent back in original packaging and without damage. If the artwork returns damaged or sent without prior authorization, we are not able to issue the store credit or exchange.

Note: Orders placed from outside the 48 contiguous United States, including Canada, Hawaii and Alaska are a FINAL SALE, no exchanges or returns are possible from these locations unless there is a craftsmanship issue.
Birdaria cannot process cancellations for refund, however if you have placed an order in error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to stop shipment of your art, and issue an exchange or store credit.
